Up-Coming Meetings

Sunday Morning Prayer Group meets every Sunday, between 10:40-10:55 a.m., in the library.
The Trinity Ladies in Christ (TLC) meets on Sundays at 5:30 p.m.
Open Group meets on Sundays at 6:00 p.m. (please note the time change)
The Intercessory Prayer Group meets on Tuesdays, at 10:00 a.m., in the library.
The Man in the Mirror Bible Study Group will not meet on Friday, March 12.
The Deacons will meet Sunday, March 14, at 7:00 p.m., in the ladies' parlor.
The Church Council will have its monthly meeting on Sunday, March 21, at 8:30 a.m.
On Monday, March 22, at 11:45 a.m., the Plus 55 will have a luncheon meeting. The special guest will be Carey Knowles, a reknown entertainer, a southern humorist and story teller, who presents clean refreshing comedy. Remember to bring socks for our veterans.

Sunday School Outreach Training

All Sunday School leaders are encouraged to attend this special training session on Sunday, March 14, at 9:00 a.m., in the fellowship hall.

Guest Speaker
This Sunday, March 14, we welcome Peyton Montooth to the pulpit. Peyton will be finishing her seminary degree in May, and we are privileged to be able to provide her an opportunity to further prepare for vocational ministry as she shares a message from God's word with us this Sunday.

"Faith Comes by Hearing" Offering

This Sunday, March 14, we will collect an offering to support the organization that provided us the Bible listening MP3 CDs. Our goal is $950. Your gift will pay to record one New Testament book in one language among the people groups with whom CBF is currently working. Make checks payable to Trinity, and designate the offering to "Faith Comes by Hearing."

Regular Church Conference

Regualr Church Conference will be held on Wednesday, March 17, at 6:30 p.m., in the fellowship Hall. Committee chairs, please be prepared to do a report on your committee. The following motions will be presented:

A motion will be presented from the deacons to extend Zach Dawes term as Minister of Outreach.
The Finance Committee will make a motion to amend Manual A—Standing Church Committees:
--Delete Stewardship in the title so as to read: Finance Committee.
--Change Thursday to Wednesday so as to read: Meet on the Wednesday before the second Sunday of each month.
--Delete bullets seven and eight regarding stewardship.
--Add to the last bullet: Additionally, members included are the chairman of the Stewardship Committee and the chairman of the Finance Committee from the previous year. The previous year’s chairman will be an ex-officio, non-voting member serving one year and is for the express purpose of providing continuity of leadership from year to year.
Building security issues will be discussed.

TLC Road Trip
The ladies will leave for Greenville, South Carolina, to hear Anne Graham Lotz, around 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 19, and return on Sunday, March 21.

Preschool Egg Hunt

All nursery to Pre-K children are invited to bring their Easter baskets and join in on the Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 27, at 10:30 a.m.. Parents, please bring one dozen, plastic, candy-filled eggs by Wednesday, March 24.

Holy Communion

Holy Communion will be observed during the morning worship service on Palm Sunday, March 28.

Chancel Choir Performance

On Palm Sunday, March 28, at 7:00 p.m., in the sanctuary, the Chancel Choir will present East to West. Everyone is invited to attend and bring a guest to this special performance.
