Nick Dawson

Pastor

Nick began his tenure as Trinity Baptist Church’s eighth pastor on August 7, 2022. He grew up in the Memphis, Tennessee, area and accepted God’s call to ministry as a junior in high school. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2010 with a B.A. in Christian Studies and Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University in 2013 with an M.Div. in Theology.

In 2013, he married his wife, Taylor, and they have two children: Sam and Harper. Nick has previously served churches in Tennessee and Florida. He enjoys reading, being on the lake, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

Lee Hill

Music Director

Lee earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management from the University of Georgia and a Master of Arts in Worship Ministries from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. His unique combination of ministry experience and financial expertise allows him to serve churches and families with both spiritual understanding and practical insight.

Lee’s faith journey began at the age of 10 when he trusted Christ as his Savior and was baptized. Soon afterward, he began serving in church music ministry at the piano, a calling that has shaped much of his life and ministry.

When he is not working, Lee enjoys playing the piano and tackling home improvement projects. He and his wife, Myra, a teacher at Colquitt County High School, have been blessed with three adult children: Reece Hill (Jaycee), Lily Wells (Clay), and Hudson Hill. Their greatest joy is spending time with their beautiful granddaughter, Presley Hill.

Lee is grateful for every opportunity to serve the local church and help others honor God through faithful stewardship, worship, and generosity.
